I have had an amazing time this past week and a bit! One of my favourite things so far is all of the bike riding we’ve been doing. In the photos you may notice that I didn’t mention Tuesday or Thursday, that is because we were out doing around 10 miles of biking each day! So you can see why I enjoy it so much, I have too!☺️ I have delighted in every moment! Especially going down hills on my scooter…?

- The campsites were not full hook-ups so we had to empty our sewer using the honey wagon… Fortunately they weren’t against illegal travel!?

- After emptying the sewer it was off to the Marine life Center. It was fascinating, especially because some of the tanks were “touch tanks.” This meant you could touch the sea cucumbers, tube worms, star fish, sea urchins, and what ever else was in there. The sea urchins were really really cool, because if you stuck your finger on the sea urchin the spines would close around your finger, they are actually really strong!

- That same day we traveled up Hurricane Ridge. It was a pretty view, but the coolest part was it was cloudy on one side, as in, you couldn’t see, then on the other side it was beautiful, and you could see for miles and miles.

- After supper we went on a bike ride and because it was dark the girls lights on their tires lit up. So dad experimented with the camera, something he’s good at, and produced this photo. I thought it looked really cool, and wanted to show you guys!

- It’s Friday and we are headed to Uncle Cameron’s and we discover something you don’t see in Saskatchewan: floating bridges. They are really cool, and scary at the same time. Cool because it’s like, “Whoa, this bridge is floating!” But it’s also scary for that same reason, “Will it sink?”?

- Dad also helped steer the boat, while Uncle Camo changed lures, and things. It was lots of fun, well, as fun as fishing gets…?

- After Gospel meeting on Sunday some of the Christians went to Mod Pizza, my new favourite restaurant!!! You can order one of their special pizzas or you can build your own for the same price. It was amazing!?

- Mom’s birthday dinner. It was scrumptious!!! There was baked potatoes, corn, sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and corn all cooked by Aunty Yvonne. The steak was grilled by Uncle Cameron, and the shrimp, by my Mom and Dad.

Yes, they are! So far, the scooter is going on our trip; I can walk, but not very far.
